That’s why we offer a range of integrative healing modalities including somatic bodywork, breathwork, visualization practices, and energy healing for individuals, couples, and families. In addition, we are deeply devoted to the liberation, empowerment, and wellness of Black individuals, couples, families, and communities across the diaspora. By honoring indigenous spirituality, ancestral practices, and global healing traditions—alongside our conventional training in marriage, family, and sex therapy—we provide culturally grounded care that nurtures the whole person.
